KP Nair
KP is a Co-Founder of ETT Ventures. KP is an IT & ITES industry person over the last 30+ years.Computer Point (1985) & Microland (1989) are two of the substantial start-ups in which KP was involved and played multiple roles. In 2000, he co-founded 24/7 Customer one of the early third party BPOs in the country. Later he was part of Transworks (now Aditya Birla Minacs) and towards the later part of his career was the APAC Head of Support Services for Sutherland Global Services (a US based BPO).
Nair also co-founded Lawrencedale Estates & Farms out of Ooty (Nilgiris). Lawrencedale is into farming and trading of processed vegetables from the Nilgiris.
Sharwari Hawaldar
Sharwari is the Founder Director at ETT CareerMove.
She comes with an entrepreneurial experience of starting CAREER MOVE in 2000, an IT recruitment services company. Her vast experience mainly spans in offering recruitment services in senior hiring. She has successfully dealt with the challenges of the changing trends in recruitment practices across the years. She also worked with OMC Computers and Microland.
Sharwari is an engineer with a management degree from Symbiosis.
